Yes. All apartment homes include full-size in-unit washers and dryers, providing convenience and saving time on laundry.

Yes. The fitness center at Arboretum Oaks is one-story and includes five cardio machines, free weights, and a functional trainer. Residents can enjoy a variety of workouts in a convenient on-site location. The gym supports an active lifestyle and allows residents to stay healthy and fit without leaving the community.

Yes. Short-term leases are available upon request with an additional premium. These options are perfect for residents who need temporary housing for work assignments, school, or life transitions. Longer-term leases are also available for those seeking stability and the comfort of a long-term home.

Rent at Arboretum Oaks includes access to all community amenities such as the pool, gym, and business center. Residents are responsible for trash, pest control, and a damage liability waiver, which are additional monthly fees. 

Residents can choose from AT&T, Spectrum, or Verizon for internet and cable services. These providers offer reliable, high-speed connectivity for streaming, gaming, working from home, and staying connected. Having multiple provider options ensures residents can select the plan that best suits their lifestyle and household needs.

Rent can be paid conveniently through the online resident portal using ACH, credit, or debit cards. Automatic payment options are available to ensure your rent is always on time. 

Neighborhood

Yes. Cap Metro bus service picks up two blocks away at Great Hills and Research. This provides residents the flexibility to utilize public transportation, or their own transportation depending on their needs.

Arboretum Oaks is part of the Austin Independent School District. Local schools include Hill Elementary, Murchison Middle School, and Anderson High School. Families benefit from quality education and access to a variety of extracurricular activities.

Arboretum Oaks is located in the Great Hills and Arboretum area of North Austin. The community is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, while still providing a quiet and relaxing residential setting. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and a convenient location that balances city living with neighborhood charm. 

Yes. Nearby grocery stores include Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and H-E-B. Coffee shops such as Starbucks and other local favorites are also close by, along with convenient shopping at Target. Residents can easily run errands, enjoy a morning coffee, or dine out without traveling far from home. 

Arboretum Oaks is approximately 10 miles, or 20 minutes, from downtown Austin. Residents can enjoy easy access to the city’s entertainment, dining, and cultural attractions while returning to a peaceful residential setting. 

Pets

Yes. Arboretum Oaks welcomes pets and offers a variety of pet-friendly amenities to support your furry family members. The community features an on-site dog park for play and exercise, and nearby walking trails provide a safe and enjoyable space for daily walks. Pet owners also have convenient access to local pet services, including Petco within walking distance. Residents and their pets can enjoy a vibrant, active lifestyle in the Great Hills and Arboretum area of Austin. 

Yes. Certain breeds are restricted including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Belgian Shepherd, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiff (all types), Pit Bull Terrier (including Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, St. Bernard, and Wolf Hybrid. Additionally, pets must be 80 lbs or less. 

Pet fees at Arboretum Oaks include $15 monthly pet rent per pet, a $250 one-time pet fee, and a $250 pet deposit. These fees help maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment for all residents. For full details, please visit the Community Fees page. 

Yes. Service animals are welcome at Arboretum Oaks in accordance with fair housing laws with proper documentation. Our leasing staff would be happy to help with any questions you may have.

Arboretum Oaks features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with thoughtfully designed layouts. Each unit includes spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and large closets to maximize storage. Select units feature skylights that invite natural light and wood-burning fireplaces that create a cozy ambiance. Every home is designed to enhance your daily living experience in North Austin. 

We offer open parking to residents across the property. Additionally, covered parking is offered for an additional monthly cost. We do not have EV Chargers on our property at this time, however there are many charging stations around the neighborhood.  

No. Arboretum Oaks does not offer furnished apartments, giving residents the flexibility to personalize their space.
